CoffeeClick is the trading name for Macanta Distribution Limited.

The following terms and conditions listed below will form part of all agreements for the supply of goods and services by CoffeeClick (herein called ‘the Company’) to any other person (herein called the “you” or ‘the customer’). The terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Purchasing anything from CoffeeClick means that the customer understands and accepts responsibility for your own actions, thus releasing the company and our service provider from all liability. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable; the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
1. Availability of Goods, Prices and Payment
Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that occasionally goods ordered may be sent to you in instalments. We will make every effort to advise you (by email) if this is the case.
We make every attempt to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, however discrepancies may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods already ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and ask that you reconfirm your order at the correct price, whilst also giving you the option to cancel it. If we are unsuccessful in contacting you we will consider the order cancelled. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our cost, taxes or charges. All goods are subject to the standard Value Added Tax in the net invoice. The tax point is shown on the invoice. Until full payment has been received, all goods supplied shall remain the property of CoffeeClick.
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, your order will not be accepted and CoffeeClick will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
2. CoffeeClick Products / Product information
CoffeeClick have made every effort to ensure all information contained on the CoffeeClick website is correct, but they are for information purposes only, the information available through the website is provided “as is” and “as available” and without warranties or conditions of any kind either express or implied. We do not warrant or represent that the use or the results of the use of the materials available through the website or from third parties will be correct, accurate timely, reliable or otherwise. We accept no liability in relation to any of the above than as may be provided for under your statutory rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or the inability to use the website. Any changes to the Website, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received or for any of the above-mentioned damages that result from the use or inability to use the Products. In no circumstances shall our liability and that of our suppliers to you and/or any third parties for any of the above exceed €200. (or The Company accepts no liability for consequential loss or damage to property that is attributed to the failure of the goods supplied.
3. Our Contract
No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and CoffeeClick until the product(s) ordered have been dispatched. We will send a confirmation email when the goods have left our warehouse.
Where an order is to be fulfilled in instalments, those products yet to be dispatched will not form part of our contract with you. You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.
4. Discounted offers
Discounts offered for multiple buys or another form of discount, cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounted offer. If you try to use two valid offers together, only the one that gives you the best discount will be applied.
5. Promotional Codes
From time to time we issue discounts in the form of promotional codes. Promotional offers cannot be applied to discounted or sale items or used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
Promotional codes are subject to status and our approval. Promotional offers cannot be applied to discounted or sale items. Returned goods will not count towards the value of the order. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer. Promotional codes are codes that enable customers to obtain benefits such as discounts and free gifts. These codes are non-transferable so may only be used in accordance with their terms and conditions of use. If you use a promotional code to obtain a promotional benefit, you must first check that it was issued to you and that you are eligible to use it. By using it to claim a promotional benefit, you will be confirming that: -
(i) You are entitled to use the code;
(ii) (ii) You meet all the conditions that apply to its use;
(iii) (iii) You agree to the terms set out below. If, before accepting your order, we find that you are not entitled to use the code or do not meet all the terms and conditions of its use, we may reject your order or, alternatively, process it without the promotional benefit being applied. If, after accepting your order, we find that you were not entitled to use the code or did not meet all the terms and conditions of its use, we may reverse the benefits that you obtained. If you transacted on a cash basis, e.g.: by debit or credit card, we may take a further payment, equivalent to the value of the benefit obtained, from the card used. If you transacted on a credit basis, the value of the benefit may be charged to your credit account.
If any manuals, allergy, medical information or safety instructions are provided with the products, the customer agrees to read and follow carefully all the terms contained therein at all times. Any information contained on the CoffeeClick website is not meant to be comprehensive and if you are inexperienced in using the products or are unsure of your abilities, you should always seek expert advice and assistance.
