We want all of our customers to know that we are operating as normal and reassure you that we have excellent stock levels of both coffee and equipment and are still receiving deliveries of stock from our trusted suppliers.
We are working hard to ensure continuity of service during this difficult time and endeavour to process and despatch orders within 2 working days.
We have built a strong partnership with DPD, who is Ireland's largest courier company and is providing excellent service during these extraordinary times but due to a huge surge in parcel volumes travelling through their delivery Network at the moment, some deliveries are delayed by up to 3-5 days:
In most areas of the country, deliveries are taking place within the expected next-day time period. However, delays of more than three days are still occurring in some areas of Dublin North East and Dublin South West, Kildare, Meath and Limerick. There are still slight delays in Galway, Sligo and Cork but these are minimal at this stage.
Please ensure you give us a VALID MOBILE contact number and EIRCODE when ordering, and you will receive a text notification when your order has been despatched from our warehouse, also the Predict One Hour Delivery Window notification will be sent via SMS on the day of delivery.
We are doing everything possible to ensure that we can maintain our service while continuing to follow the advice issued by the HSE, WHO and the Department of Foreign Affairs to ensure the health and safety of our team members, our customers and the general public.
